We draw our own polycarbonate sheet
We extrude 100% of our own PC sheet on our own line, then mould, assemble and test it under the same roof. The sheet is where a hard-shell case is won or lost — and it is the one thing we do not buy in.
Assembly
Six assembly lines and around two hundred people. Cases move through interior fitting, hardware, lining and final assembly on the same floor.
Interior fitting
Linings, compartments, telescopic handles and wheel sets are fitted and checked here, before a case leaves for packing.
Showroom
Our showroom holds the platform range — zip-frame, front-opening and aluminium-frame, in the colours and finishes customers have specified over the years.
Packing and shipping
Every order is packed, labelled and loaded here. We ship direct to overseas warehouses, and we have the documentation experience that goes with it.
