The sheet is where a hard-shell case is won or lost. We extrude 100% of our own polycarbonate on our own line, then mould, assemble and test it under one roof — so quality and cost stay ours to control, not our supplier’s.

Our factory runs 5,000 m² in Qishi Town, Dongguan — sheet extrusion, moulding, assembly, testing and packing, all on the same floor. That is why we can quote a lead time and hold it.

QUALITY & TESTING
The tests that decide whether a case survives its second trip.
Impact drop, drum tumbling and wheel-rolling tests run in our own lab, on the same floor as the line. A problem surfaces here, not at your customer's door.
