Who we are
PAKAOLA is the brand of Dongguan Hongyue Travel Goods Co., Ltd., a polycarbonate hard-shell luggage manufacturer based in Dongguan, Guangdong, in the centre of China's bag and luggage industry. Our team has been in the luggage business for more than ten years.
What we build
We build one thing properly: PC suitcases for brands that sell online. Our factory runs 5,000 m² under one roof with six assembly lines and around 200 people. We produce 100% of our own PC sheet, and we mould, assemble and test on site. Monthly output is 45,000 pieces — about 540,000 a year.
Where our team has worked
Our team has taken part in OEM and ODM programmes for major Japanese retail chains and international e-commerce brands.
Built with a few brands, not many
We would rather go deep with a few brands than wide with many. Our longest-standing partnership is with a Korean direct-to-consumer travel brand, where we ship more than 100,000 pieces a year across their carry-on, mid-size and large formats.
